If you are planning to join the Chamber on the trip to the French Riviera, please note the departure date has changed from November 1st to November 7th. The reason for the change is France will be hosting the International G 20 Summit in Cannes on the week we were scheduled to be there.

In addition to live breaks during the event, Duhamel Broadcasting will be offering businesses an opportunity to purchase a special advertising package in conjunction with the business expo.

Booth Includes: 8’ x 10’ Pipe & Drape ~ 8’ Table ~ 2 Chairs ~ Name Badges  Set Up: April 28 from 1:00-3:00 PM.  Booths must remain until teardown at 7:15 PM.

This Thursday will be the final session of a 4 Part Social Media Informational Series by Michelle kane, Black Hills PR. The topic is “Why Twitter is the Social Media Smart Kid.” Feel free to attend March 24th from 4 to 5 PM at the offices of Black Hills PR at 3240 1st Avenue, Spearfish. (Across from Wal-Mart and in the building with Western Sky Media.

Following the session, there will be a Chamber mixer from 5 to 7 PM hosted by Black Hills PR and Western Sky Media. Hope to see you there.

The Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce celebrates its 92nd Annual Awards Gala Friday, March 4, 2011 at the Spearfish Park Pavilion. Enjoy a grand selection of French cuisine prepared by Spearfish Chophouse and Vanilla Bean Bakery. Cash bar provided by Horses to Harleys. Tickets are $25.00 per person. RSVP by Tuesday, March 1.
