SPEARFISH — Generally, the members of the Spearfish Veterans Honors Guard are volunteering their time to provide the honors at the military funerals, flag ceremonies, and other events they attend, but Saturday, they will be honored as the Spearfish Fourth of July Parade marshals.

  • A reminder to all that the Spearfish 4th of July parade is Saturday at 1:00 pm. It will start at the Young Center, head south on St. Joe, then east on Jackson, south on Main Street through downtown ending at Grant. And the City is once again sponsoring free ice cream, but downtown at Visit Spearfish, Inc this year :) Then following the parade, the Drum & Bugle Corp from Rapid City will be performing in the bandshell in the City Park. Happy 4th everyone!
