Workforce Development
Assists and executes business education, seminars and luncheons for our current workforce, along with professional development and mentoring for our high school and college students.

Governmental Affairs
Represents and educates the membership on issues and challenges presented by local, state and federal entities; monitors legislation as it pertains to the Chamber’s mission and business community; makes recommendations to the Chamber board of directors when positions on issues may be required; plans and executes candidate forums, Cracker Barrels, and legislative update sessions.

Chamber Functions
Plans and executes current standing Chamber events such as Taste of Spearfish, Annual Banquet & Awards, Annual Community Picnic. Researches and creates sustainable additional non-dues revenue streams.
